 Joseph lives  and works in the Napa Valley.  He received his CWP, Certified Wine Professional degree from the Culinary Institute of America at Greystone's  Rudd Center for Professional Wine Studies.  A recipient of the Cowles Visiting Lecturer Position at Grinnell College, he was recently published in the Biodynamic Farming and Gardening Association's Quarterly Journal.
